The kitchen has generous cupboard space for groceries, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and cooker. Crockery, cutlery, pans and cooking utensils are provided.
There's a separate laundry room on the ground floor, with washing machine and dryer.
The spacious first floor deck area overlooks the park, perfect for drinks and dining (seats 8). Below is an enclosed private garden and back yard.
